I had a small job for them to do. Price was reasonable so told them to go ahead. From that point on I had to chase them to get updates. No sense of urgency. After months of chasing I finally got planning permission. Building warrant was no different. They kept blaming the engineer - who was recommended by them - some old guy who probably does this in his spare time. When it came to building the builder just kept picking at faults in the drawings and was on the phone to building control almost every day. Building control was also fed up of this company because apparently this is not the first time. I guess it doesnt take much to be an architect now a days.
