I was given time to voice concern over a potential health problem concerning my cat. I was listened to and given expert advice and quite detailed information from the vet which I much appreciated.. I felt reassured and confident that my cat was in the best hands..My cat's wound was stitched so neatly that it was as good as healed within 2 days. The staff are professional and "human" altogether very special people.
