  thanks to all at appliance technical , i thought my machine was ready for the scrap yard as i kept sticking half way through the cycle , engineer came out after 3pm as arranged thanks , he discovered heater had failed and this was causing the cycle to stop mid cycle, engineer had part in his van - part was fitted and appliance now up and running perfectly, also big thanks to office staff (jackie) who made sure engineer called after 3pm as i had school runs etc .. big help that i knew i wasnt racing home or being stuck in all day waiting ..

  my oven broke down stopped heating had to happen on a Friday , we had friends coming for weekend . called appliance tech at 4pm friday , they arranged for engineer to call round sat am . which he did arrived at 9am and had cooker working within 20 minutes , fan element needed replaced .. i was really pleased with service i received from start to finish and would highly recommend this this company . they have a fixed price labour-callout fee - parts are at srp if required , 1 year g/tee on job
